Plum Island Homeowners Association

Plum Island is a neighborhood in the Planned Community of Foster City, CA.  It encompasses two streets, Aruba Ln. and Grenada Ln., and has 73 houses.  We feature a swimming pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, two playgrounds and a welcoming community for our residents and their guests.

Plum Island is located adjacent to Foster City's largest park, Sea Cloud Park, and offers easy access to the state-famous Bay Trail along the San Francisco Bay and Belmont Slough.  It is within bicycling distance of Foster City Elementary and Bowditch Middle schools.
